For this drawing I used both drawing pencils and charcoal. I used charcoal for the hair and pencils for her face. The original photo of this girl was taken by photographer Tracy Wright Carvo.

Tracy Wright Carvo is a professional photographer who has her Masters degree in Education. What I really love about all her photos is that the eyes in all her shots are crystal clear. I also like that most of them are already in black and white!
